This means that if you receive your product, and there is a manufacturing defect or the product is received damaged, you can either receive a replacement of the exact product you ordered or a refund. The product must be in original condition, unworn, and any tags that may accompany the product be attached to the product.

Coconut Swell Surf Apparel Company does not offer refunds or replacements for products under these conditions: ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind on ordering.

We require the customer to contact customer support within 30 days of delivery. Once we respond to your inquiry, we will require a photo of the defective product be included as an attachment in your return email. Once we confirm the damaged or defective product, we will confirm whether the customer would like a replacement or a refund.

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. Please make sure you use the correct address for delivery, or in the case of apartments, you can often get items delivered to your apartment office for pickup if you will not be home. This is to protect you from stolen packages left outside your door.
